Estelle Asmaa Alanbari

Estelle Asmaa Alanbari is an art director, curator, visual artist and qualified architect. The invisible thread through all her work is the treatment of light: from public exhibitions to immersive audio-visual events using video projections, to a single painting — light is what it is all about.

She collaborates with a wide range of institutions, from The Venice Biennale of Architecture (2021) and The Saatchi Gallery (2014, 2015, 2017) to Rich Mix in London's creative district Shoreditch. Her works have been exhibited at The Institut Francais de Londres, the French Consulate of the UK and at The Salone del Mobile, where she produced a brand activation event for Milanese designer Pianca and Partners.

Alanbari holds a Masters of Science from The London School of Economics (2005), a BSc in Architecture from the Ecole Speciale d'Architecture Paris (2002), a Masters of Fine Art from Chelsea College of Art and Design (2015), and certification from Christie's Education in Art Business.
