✨ What this class is?

This is not a traditional painting class focused on technique or results.

It’s a guided creative experience designed to help participants reconnect with themselves through art.

Each session combines meditation, reflection, and intuitive painting, creating a safe and supportive environment to explore emotions, thoughts, and creativity.

No experience is needed, beginners are very welcome.

🎨 What participants will experience & learn?

During each session, participants will:

- Learn how to approach painting in an intuitive and pressure-free way

- Explore how colour, movement, and texture can express emotions

- Develop confidence in their creative voice without relying on strict rules

- Use journaling and prompts to unlock ideas and inspiration

- Create a personal artwork to take home

Over time, they will also:

- Feel more comfortable expressing themselves creatively

- Let go of perfectionism

- Build a deeper connection with their inner world

🕯️ Session structure (2 hours)

Each session is designed to feel calm, intentional and nourishing:

1. Arrival & grounding

A gentle transition into the space, with music and time to settle.

2. Guided meditation

A short meditation to slow down and connect inward.

3. Journaling & prompts

Reflections to open up creative flow.

4. Intuitive painting

Painting freely with guidance and support on a 30 × 30 cm canvas.

5. Optional sharing & closing

A moment to reflect and close the session with intention.
